First bedroom on ground floor, rest three bedrooms on first floor. - There are 4 bathrooms attached with the bedrooms, and 1 common. - Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms - Wardrobes are available. Living area: - The villa has 1 spacey living room, located on the ground floor connecting the dining section and private pool. - It is well-lit and tastefully furnished. - We have a 8-seater indoor dining table connecting living room and kitchen. Bathrooms: - The villa has 4 private bathrooms and 1 common bathroom attached to the living-dining area. - All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply. - Towels & Basic Toiletries available Swimming Pool: - The villa has an outdoor private pool - The pool is 4.5 ft. deep. Sizing 18 ft by 12 ft. - Children must always be supervised by adults in the pool. There is a sit out next to the pool to laze around and outdoor patio furniture. Food: – The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, Basic utensils, stove, crockery, and water purifier. We’re happy to offer kitchen access. Preparing full meals incurs a utility charge of INR 5000 per night. Reheating meals or preparing quick bites like tea, Coffee, and Maggi is free of charge. – For meal packages – Lunch, dinner, and breakfast can be outsourced by nearby kitchen at additional charges. Zomato Delivery is also available. House Policies: Standard Check-in time is 2:00 PM IST, and Check-out time is 11:00 AM IST. Adults must carry and present a valid ID during the Check-in process. A refundable damage deposit of INR 5000, collected in cash, is required upon arrival. CCTV is installed in outdoor areas like the verandah and entrance for enhanced security. Given the property’s natural surroundings, expect the presence of insects and bugs. The property will be clean on arrival, and we appreciate leaving it neat upon departure. Deep cleaning incurs an extra fee. Due to remote locations, internet connectivity is sporadic, especially during monsoons. Confirm network support with the property.
