PRIVATE POOL Open year-round. Pool heating is available in spring and fall (Apr 1–May 31, Sept 1–Oct 31) for an additional $875 + tax per week. Heating is only effective when temperatures—day or night—are forecasted to be above 60°F, so we recommend checking the forecast closer to your stay (but at least 5 days prior) before adding heat. PRIVATE SPA This is an open-air spa, not an enclosed hot tub. Heating is available Apr 1–Oct 31 for an additional $350 + tax per week.
