If you have stayed here before, you will not recognize it! It is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home conveniently located right across the street from the beach in a quiet residential neighborhood in North Forest Beach. Beautifully designed in upscale coastal chic décor, this home offers all the amenities of a premier vacation home. With new pavered decking around the pool and a privacy fence just installed around the pool in the nicely landscaped backyard, this calm escape is the perfect choice for a family getaway. Majestic live oaks, tall pine trees, and 30-foot-high bamboo stands create a tropical paradise, while at the same time, many were recently trimmed to allow sun poolside. There is a blue hammock on the side of the house for peaceful relaxation, an outdoor shower to wash the beach sand off, and the front porch has four white Adirondack chairs. Upon entering the home, guests are greeted with exquisite light gray wood floors that lead throughout the open great room, dining area, and kitchen. There is a high-top table for four at the entrance. The den has a gray sectional with chaise lounge, two swivel chairs and 55” SMART TV mounted over the fireplace. The ½ bath is at the end of the hallway adjacent to the screened-in porch. The screened-in porch has a ceiling fan and four cushioned rattan chairs. To the left of the entrance is the spacious, open floor plan of living room, dining room, and kitchen. The comfortable living room has a white sofa, matching love seat, white rocker chair, and a mounted 65” SMART TV with sound bar. The dining table is a great wooden rectangle table that seats eight. The kitchen has beautiful, white marble countertops, stainless-steel appliances including the 5-burner Samsung gas stove. There are two stools at the breakfast bar. At the end of the kitchen is the laundry room with a sink, washer, and dryer. The master suite is located on the first floor. It is carpeted and features a king-sized bed, a swivel chair, and a 32" TV. It also has a screened-in porch with all brand-new furniture, for yet another little nook to escape to for some quiet time! The master bath has double granite vanities, a walk-in shower, a separate tub, and a large walk-in closet. Going up 14 stairs you arrive at the second level with three additional bedrooms, all carpeted. The first room features a king bed, accent chair, and 25" TV. The slider opens to a private balcony where there are four chairs. A great place to enjoy your morning coffee! The ensuite bathroom has a single marble vanity and a tub/shower combo. The next bedroom also has a king bed, swivel chair, and 32” TV. It shares a bathroom with the bedroom that has two queen beds, an accent chair, and a 32” TV. The shared bathroom has double sinks and a tub/shower combo. There is a door at the end of the kitchen that leads outside to the first level deck that has a Char-Broil grill then stairs that lead down to the pool deck. Sunbathe or relax on the brand-new patio furniture and lounge chairs while sipping your favorite cool beverage at the newly installed outdoor wet bar with mini fridge and four stools! Don’t ever miss your favorite sporting event on the newly installed 55" flat screen TV outside by the pool. There is a beautiful 13 X 25 rectangle pool with deck chairs for sunning and a privacy fence all the way around, so you never have to see your neighbors!! Under the covered deck there are six lounge chairs and a wrought iron table for six, a patio love seat plus two chairs facing the mounted TV. There are ceiling fans to keep you cool. On the other side of the patio is additional seating where there is a table for six and two patio love seats. Inside the garage you will find a ping-pong table, refrigerator, and separate freezer. The path to the beach is just 100 steps away and you are less than a 2-minute walk to the beach.
