Villa Nania is a spacious three-story retreat located in Ovacik, near Turkey’s Mediterranean coast, offering a peaceful escape between the stunning Oludeniz shores and the lively Fethiye area along the Turquoise Coast. This villa features four comfortable ensuite double bedrooms, accommodating up to eight guests. Whether it’s a family getaway or a gathering of friends, the villa provides a relaxing space. Surrounded by traditional stone walls and high fences, it offers privacy, security, and seclusion. The villa’s grounds include well-maintained lawns and a central swimming pool with an integrated cooling Jacuzzi. Inside, Villa Nania is equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a cinema system with satellite TV. The villa’s design reflects the Mediterranean style with whitewashed walls, grey-tiled roofing, and large floor-to-ceiling windows. On the ground floor, the open-plan living area is bright and inviting, with large sliding doors opening to the garden and pool terrace. The space includes comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, including a coffee maker. A six-person dining table offers a place for meals and socializing. The first floor hosts two double bedrooms, each with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobes, dressing tables, ensuite shower rooms, and balconies with views. The second floor features two twin bedrooms, also with ensuite showers and balconies overlooking the surrounding landscape. Outside, the tiled terrace is bordered by lush lawns. The pool features a step-entry design and a built-in Jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing and cooling down. Sun loungers with umbrellas are available for lounging, and a swing seat adds to the relaxing atmosphere. For younger guests, a play area is available. The property is just over an hour’s drive from Dalaman International Airport and ideally located betwixt and between the bustling town of Fethiye and the tourist destinations of Hisaronu and Oludeniz. Nearby, Hisaronu is a haven of supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants, and some super souvenir shops. Take a short drive to Oludeniz, where you will find one of the world’s best golden sandy beaches, the iconic and much-photographed blue lagoon and spit, lively seashore restaurants and bars, and exclusive shops. From here, you can hop aboard a water taxi to Butterfly Valley or cross the sea to Gemile Island, aka Aya Nikola, a natural protected area, now an open-air museum. For the thrill seekers, head up the hill and take the cable car to the top of Mount Babadag, at almost two thousand metres, you can jump off and paraglide solo or in tandem and land on Olu Deniz beach. For shopping and the city, Fethiye is your destination. Fethiye is a smart harbour town with yachts moored the length of the coastline, home to an ancient amphitheatre, a historical museum and rock tombs, and an embarkation point for the must-do Twelve Island boat trip. There is a foodie-heaven fish market for a catch of the day fabulous feast, super souvenir shops selling all your favourite designer brands, and a renowned large local market every Tuesday.
