Our 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is perfect for families or groups of up to 10 people. It boasts a spacious and open floor plan, allowing for plenty of room to relax and enjoy a relaxing, fun-filled getaway. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- We do not accept reservations from residents in Horry or Georgetown counties.
- Credit Card with Matching Photo ID must be presented at Check-In.
- Check In is at the front desk at Landmark Resort located across the street.
- Must be 21 years old to check in.
