The apartment of 100 square meters is located on the second floor without Elevator, the decor has been taken care of by a famous Roman Architecture studio with the aim of being able to maintain the historical identity of the building and its neighborhood but at the same time with an eye on the future. What makes it unique are the presence of the valuable design objects, it will surprise you with the details taken care of down to the smallest detail.
The 100 square metre flat is located on the second floor without a lift. The furnishings were designed by a famous Roman architectural firm with the aim of maintaining the historical identity of the building and its neighbourhood but at the same time with an eye to the future. What makes it unique is the presence of valuable design objects; you will be surprised by the attention to detail.
NEW: The entire flat is equipped with Air Conditioning in all rooms as of March 2024.
Inside it consists of:
- THE ENTRANCE to welcome you there will be contemporary artwork, a Vertical Mirror and green plants.
- Entering the LIVING AREA you immediately notice the historic Fireplace with the Sofa, the Dining Table and a 50" HD TV.
- The first room consists of 2 SINGLE BEDS.
- The second bedroom consists of 1 TWIN AND A HALF BED.
- The third room has 1 SINGLE BED.
They all have a CABINET, a spacious desk for studying or working (ideal for SMART WORKING) and a window with various views of the green and the Trastevere district.
- The First Bathroom has a comfortable Bathtub, WC, Bidet, Washbasin and a Mirror equal to the Second Bathroom which has a Shower Box as a difference. There is also a free Welcome Kit with Shampoo and Shower Gel!
- The LUNCH AREA is divided with the first part where meals can be taken and use of the microwave, and the second part with a sink, induction cooker and washing machine.
It has been completely renovated and thought out down to the smallest detail to welcome guests from all over the world and offer a quality stay. Due to its spaciousness it is very bright and also has Air Conditioning and Heating for each room, fast and free Wi-Fi.
ATTENTION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING:
- LATE CHECK-IN after 8:00 pm has the cost of 20 euro, after 11:00 pm has the cost of 30 euro.
- STAY TAX, NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION is to be paid in CASH at Check-In.
- SMOKING is strictly prohibited inside the apartment!
- Please RESPECT your NEIGHBORS and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM, especially during the night hours (10 PM - 08 AM), upon arrival and departure.
- At Check-Out any WASTE should be kindly disposed of outside in the Condominium Containers.
- If desired Bathroom Kit and EXTRA Housekeeping are at a cost NOT included in the reservation fee.
