Villa Labovitsa is a traditional Paxos house for rent, located 1.2 km from the centre of Gaios, on the provincial road Loutra - Lakka, in the quiet neighbourhood of Bogdanatika, with a beautiful courtyard, air conditioning and sunny terraces.
The house is all on one level, and it is spacious for a family of 4 people who will share two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The recent addition of a pool (photos pending) has elevated this property to a family villa with a pool.LayoutThe gate from the main road leads to the main entrance, which opens into a hallway. There is a fully equipped kitchen on the right, and dining and lounge tastefully furnished. There is a decorative fireplace in the lounge and a door that opens onto a roofed front terrace, overlooking the street and the small chapel just across.
There are two bedrooms on the hall’s left-hand side, one double and one twin, which share in between two family shower / WC rooms.ExteriorsThere is a sunny courtyard in front of the house, with plenty of space for sunbathing. The most impressive part is the roofed terrace in front of the living room, with beautiful relaxing furniture.
