Elegant apartment of 110 sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the fourth and last floor of Palazzo Altieri (with lift not suitable for disabled people).
From the apartment it is possible to admire a wonderful view of Piazza Venezia and the Altare della Patria,and on the roofs of Rome and the bell tower of the Church of Jesus.
The property is located within the City Center Restricted Traffic Area, it is possible to park, for a fee, at Angeletti garage, 10 minutes away on foot.

The interior space is organized as follows:

PLEASE NOTE: there are stairs to reach the lift.
Once you reach the fourth floor you will notice the presence of a step before entering the apartment.
The loft in the living room is NOT accessible to guests.

The apartment is inside the renowned Palazzo Altieri, historical residence of the Roman family of the same name and Pope Clemente X. The main structure, designed by Giovanni Antonio De’Rossi, was then enlarged at the end of the seventeenth century and, today, Palazzo Altieri is considered a model of the architecture and artistic taste of Roman Baroque. Renovated at the end of the eighteenth century, it became an important construction site of Roman and international neoclassicism.
The apartment is located whitin the heart of Rome, in Campo Marzio area, a few steps away from Largo di Torre Argentina archaeological area, a place renowned for being the backdrop of emperor Julius Caesar kill. In 5 minutes on foot you can reach the Pantheon and Piazza Venezia while, in less than 10 minutes, you can reach Piazza Navona.
The area is well connected and is the ideal starting point for visiting the main points of interest of the Eternal City comfortably on foot or by public transportation.

-From Rome Termini Station it is possible to reach the apartment by lines 70 / 64 to "Plebiscito" stop, 2 minutes away on foot.
If you’re travelling by car, please note that the apartment is located within the Historic Center Restricted Traffic Area and it’s really hard to find a parking slot in the streets. It is possible to park, for a fee, at Angeletti garage, 10 minutes away on foot.
Elevator not suitable for disabled people
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.
