We’ve included a standard drip coffee maker, along with a Kuerig! Make sure to bring your own pods if you’d like coffee by the cup! 🍽️👫 Private Backyard Oasis: Outside, discover a high-top table for two in the private fenced-in backyard – the perfect spot to unwind with your coffee or enjoy a cocktail. 🍹🌿 Comfortable Bedrooms: The two bedrooms offer a king and queen-sized bed, respectively, each equipped with Smart TVs for your entertainment. 🛌📺 Shared Bathroom: The shared bathroom includes a single vanity and a shower/tub combination for your convenience. 🚿🚽 Experience the charm of Oakwood on the Park – where comfort and convenience meet in a delightful blend! 🌟🤗 Permit Number: 20250427 *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party* *Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County *No parties *No Smoking inside (guests can smoke outside) *No firearms *Abide to quiet hours outside (10 pm - 8am)  *Only decorate with painters tape (guest will be liable for any damage caused by decorations)
