There is also a BBQ grill. There is an outdoor bathhouse that is convenient for guests outdoors to quickly use a separate bathroom without entering the Cottage. The bathhouse is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and plenty of room for changing or extra storage space for any river items or outdoor games that won’t fit in the cottage. There are two chairs on the rear porch along with a privacy wall constructed between you and the closest neighbor. This is one of the only properties on the Little River that has this much space to roam, park, and have access to so much river. It is also one of the only river properties that does not have a direct view of highway 321 on the opposite side of the river.
