There is a moderately steep incline from the lake to the house which may be difficult for some guests - Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is required due to the surrounding gravel roads - The property does have cell phone service, but it may be spotty since the property is located in a forest area. Please check with your provider to confirm your service quality. WiFi calling through Starlink Internet and a cell phone booster are available at the property - Personal boats or jet skis are allowed but must be launched at the Lake Apalachia Boat Ramp. Large trailers must be stored at one of the local marinas, and mooring equipment and bumpers must be supplied by the guest.
