The island has four seats and the adjacent dining table seats six. The deck off the great room has a gas grill. At the end of a long day on the slopes or hiking trails, three cozy bedrooms await. In the primary king suite, enjoy the ambiance of the gas fireplace that is open to both the bedroom and the bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower. The third ensuite bedroom has a split king that can be set up as two twins. For guests’ convenience, the residence has a washer and dryer and portable air conditioning units in the primary bedroom and great room during the summer months. There is a private ski locker adjacent to the residence and an outside parking spot for one vehicle. SKI / VILLAGE ACCESS You can walk directly into the Village and Gondola One from Chalet Schuss in approximately three minutes. You can also walk to Golden Peak and get on the Riva Bahn lift in approximately six minutes. Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations. PARKING There is limited parking at this residence. There is space for one vehicle in an outdoor lot. SHUTTLE Coming Winter 2024/2025: This home will enjoy complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, from mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups.
