The upper level of this duplex features a spacious open floor plan that combines the fully equipped kitchen, living room with ample seating, 46” flat screen TV/Blu Ray DVD, wood burning fireplace, two dining tables and deck with gas grill. The main dining table seats 8 guests and the smaller table has seating for 4. This level also includes a half bath, a loft area with a full mattress for additional sleeping and the master bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, 32” flat screen TV/Blu Ray DVD, additional seating and a large ensuite bath.
The entry level features a tiled foyer accessed from both garage and front door entrances and includes storage for winter and summer gear. Bedrooms 2 and 3, each with a new queen beds and 32” flat screen TV’s share a full bath. This level also includes the laundry room and patio/yard access.
The sub-level features bedroom 4 and 5 also furnished with new queen beds, 32” flat screen TV’s, separate area with 2 single beds, and a full shared bathroom.
