Pool heat must be requested 24–48 hours prior to your arrival to allow sufficient time for scheduling. - Quiet neighborhood - Smoking is not allowed indoors or in the patio area; a violation fee of $1,000 will be imposed. Parking Details: - The property can accommodate up to 6 vehicles. - Per the City of Coachella’s short-term rental regulations, up to 4 vehicles are permitted. - Although the city limit is four vehicles, there have not been issues with 2 additional vehicles parked in front of the property due to the home’s location, which has no neighboring homes directly in front or to the right. - The homeowner also confirmed that the property is not located within an HOA and that additional street parking is available in the neighborhood. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. **Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June. PETS: We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. There is a $50 per pet fee for their stay. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out CHECKOUT DUTIES: If you could kindly start a load of pool towels and a load of white towels in the washing machines, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? Yes, the fee is $50 per day for the pool to 88 degrees, the hot tub is included and no charge. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy! DO YOU ALLOW PETS? No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.
