Cathedral Canyon CC Oasis is a single level unit on the golf course, and offers beautiful views of the 8th tee and the lake from the living room, kitchen and large patio with gas BBQ, where you can sit under the trees and watch the ducks go by.
This 3-bedroom 2-bath condo offers 1-King, 1-Queen; 2-twins, and is approximately 1825 square feet. All the bedrooms have TVs & VCRs, and there’s a DVD player and cable including HBO and Showtime in the living room, which also has a fireplace and a large sunken wet bar with mirrors. The large master bedroom includes an equally large bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower; a small private patio is also off the master bedroom.
Great kitchen with eating area plus formal dining room, inside laundry room, and double attached garage.
Semi private Golf Course with Clubhouse and a wonderful restaurant, pools, spas, and tennis courts. This country club offers a par 72 course with reasonable green fees and open to guests. No cats are allowed.
Cathedral Canyon Country Club is near shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, casinos, and conveniently located between Palm Springs and Palm Desert.
This vacation home rents on a 30-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.
A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.
