The Home
The house has 2 floors with approx. 130 m² each.
The first floor comprises the living room with fireplace, the piano room and the veranda room as well as a bathroom and a kitchen. The living room and the piano room are separated from each other by 2 large wooden sliding doors. In front of the veranda there is a small balcony that looks out over the city center. The veranda room is glazed with large windows and looks towards the Wilder Kaiser.
The 2nd floor has a small bathroom with shower and toilet as well as the 2nd floor
Bedroom, a larger room with a double bed, desk and reading corner as well as a balcony overlooking the Hahnenkamm.
Ideal for a holiday with the whole family up to 8 people, the house is located in a large garden with old trees, where you will find enough space under birch trees after a demanding hike, a mountain bike tour or a day of skiing in the Kitzbühel Alps lying in the hammock, playing...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Quiet hours from 22:00 – 06:00, No Smoking, No Pets, No parties, Security Deposit: € 200;
