Location: Private home located in a smaller, very private community. You are just over 30 minutes to downtown Asheville, and under 15 minutes to both Mars Hill & downtown Marshall. You are also app. 45 minutes from the Asheville Regional Airport. Home is accessed via only paved and fully maintained roads right up to the development entrance, then it becomes a gravel access road within development.

Processing fee Current local tax rate is 13% No Security Deposit / Guests are responsible for damages. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
