The Home
Villa Melia is set on a privilege area on the south side of the island, very close to the well-known Triandaros village.
The 200 sq.m. main house sits on a large piece of private land. It consists of 4 bedrooms (one with two double beds, another with single beds which can be transformed to double bed and two with double beds), 3 bathrooms, a big kitchen, living room and dinning room, on two floors.
There is also a guest house with a king size bed and a built coach, ensuite bathroom, well equipped kitchenette, TV and AC. In total, the property can comfortably accommodate 12 guests.
It also has very spacious and comfortable outdoor areas. Here you can find the private pool with the sunbeds, the built bbq, the outdoor dining and lounge area. With the sweeping views of the Aegean Sea from the beautiful infinity pool, you are sure to lose yourself in your private Paradise!

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
