About the Property By booking the entire Madison Square Manor, you enjoy full access to the three-story home and all its features, including the basement-level garden apartment unit. The property includes a vast kitchen with modern appliances on the main floor; a second, smaller kitchen is located on the third-floor suite, providing extra convenience and flexibility. The main house includes four full bedrooms, one partial bedroom and four full bathrooms. The garden unit, which sleeps four, includes one full queen bedroom, two full bathrooms and one partial bedroom with a Murphy bed. You and your guests will love being ensconced in the elegant trappings of Madison Square Manor, which make you feel like you’ve been whisked away to a bygone era. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times. March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below.
