Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per local short term rental regulations. - This home does not have AC. - Due to the home being in a secluded area that requires traveling through the woods on a winding dirt road, it is required that a 4WD or AWD vehicle is used to access this home, especially in winter. - This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. Parking Details: 1 car garage. 4 cars can park on the driveway. Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This home comes with a pack n’ play travel crib and a high chair available.
