Nestled between the stunning coastal towns of Teignmouth and Dawlish and surrounded by lush Devon countryside is the pretty village of Holcombe, where you will find The Cottage – a recently refurbished, grade II-listed family home with period features, a brand new hot tub, games room and plenty of outside space for entertaining.

The Space:
Recently refurbished to a very high standard, the Cottage manages to be spacious while retaining a cosy and comforting atmosphere. A grandfather clock welcomes guests into the entrance hall, which flows to the right into the large sitting room with a woodburner at its heart, surrounded by three luxurious sofas – plenty of room for everyone to relax. Double doors lead on to an ample terrace which is equipped with a barbecue, dining table and chairs.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
