This picturesque 3-acre property will take your breath away with its scenic vineyard views and rolling hills. The wrap-around porch evokes a timeless farmhouse style that is perfect for barbecuing and outdoor dining. The cobblestone walkway surrounding this gorgeous property leads you towards the main house, guesthouse, antique barn, and sports arena.
Inside the main house, you will find interior designs of clean modern lines blended with comfort and luxury. Through the front door you will find a spacious, naturally-lit living room adorned with plenty of seating for movie-watching and conversations, two-sided gas fireplace, and an amazing wine bar, repurposed and inspired by a 1920s former light-bulb testing machine.
The living room opens up to a family-friendly, Spanish style chef’s kitchen that features JA Henckles and Tramontina pots and pans, a gas stove, a custom dual-temperature wine cooler, and a vintage wine bottle opener.
The bottom floor has two bedrooms with queen Simmons Beautyrest Hospitality beds, custom closets, and a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Slide over the original barn door from a farm in Michigan to head upstairs and enter an incredibly large master bedroom, with unique architectural features, a King-sized Tuft-N-Needle bed and a wrap-around en suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. Enjoy both South and West facing balcony views, or make your way up the spiral stairwell to be inside the red tower and get ready to be captivated by 360° panoramic views of this magnificent landscape. The porch leads you to the separate 800 sq. ft. guesthouse which features an open living space, fully equipped kitchen, and King-sized Starwood W Hotel Plush bed with en suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. The guest house also includes a twin-sized authentic Japanese floor futon that can be set-up upon request.
Finally, enter the garage and find classic games of ping pong, fooseball, croquet, and an original Skeeball game for the entire family to enjoy! This is the ideal retreat for friends and family to gather, relax, tour the Paso wine region, and enjoy a beautiful setting in Central California!
