This is a beautiful farmhouse located just 10 minutes away from downtown Paso Robles and equidistant to the town of Templeton. This elegant country property provides the best of both worlds-a perfect getaway from the noise of the city but still close to local restaurants and shopping. Surrounded by oak trees and open space, this home is a peaceful retreat to enjoy during the day and a wonderful spot to enjoy spectacular sunsets and stargazing at night. The home is newly remodeled with modern furnishings, beautiful views from every room, thoughtful touches throughout and large enough for 14 guests comfortably with multiple living areas. The large, well appointed kitchen is adjacent to the family room and great for gathering. The downstairs living area had a TV room, reading room with trundle bed, queen bedroom with full kitchen. The kitchen is conveniently located to the BBQ area just outside. Guests can enjoy a competitive game of Bocce Ball or Corn Hole with extensive party lights to keep it going after dark! Wineries are near by to add to the menu. The country atmosphere is sure to leave you relaxed and renewed. ***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival.***
