This casual, comfy home is tucked up in a quiet cul de sac, but minutes from all the downtown fun! This home is spacious and perfect for your Paso Robles getaway with family or friends. As you enter to the left there is a living space with a couch, large flat screen TV and dining room table that folds out to seat 8. Moving forward through the house is the kitchen with it’s large counter that opens up to a family room. The place to gather and plan your days in Paso, whether you are wine tasting at one of the many wineries or sipping a brew at the Pour House or Barrel House. Through the family room you can enter the backyard patio. This patio is perfect for hanging out and BBQing. Fans keep you you cool in the summer and heaters are there to warm you up at night while watching the game or your favorite movie on the outdoor 52’ flat screen. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
