With four bedroom plus Den/Game Room and three baths, this 3,000 square foot single-level home offers panoramic views overlooking the South end of Lake San Antonio. The great room (living room, dining and large kitchen) boasting forever views. With a huge rock gas fireplace and the dining room, and the kitchen showcases a large island offering additional eating at the counter. The kitchen is amazing and has all the kitchenware and tools for the chef. Also included is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. DirecTV is offered, and the home has access to internet WIFI. BBQ station for cooking and entertainment, and plenty of outdoor seating. The lounging furniture is perfect to relax and have a beverage while watching sunsets or viewing the lake. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
