The beautifully built Estate home includes views that are breath taking of the whole valley, lake and beyond. This 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath house with an additional 1 room nanny unit that includes a bathroom, has multitude of surprises inside and out. If you like to sit out on the patio enjoying a good book or just relax then this house is for you! Maybe you like living with nature, enjoying the outdoor restroom shower facilities, you are good to go. Maybe you are more of an indoor person; you can enjoy the air conditioned 2,000 sq ft. home with a 60’ TV with surround sound or just an old fashion board game is in the cards for you…it’s all there. The garage has been turned into a game room with a ping-pong table, large TV and refrigerator. In the evening enjoy star gazing through the telescope. You can also enjoy the corn hole or cowboy golf out back, while taking in the view between turns!
