Situated on Paso’s West Side on a gated estate, the suite overlooks the organic Old School Vineyard and is a mere 10 minutes from downtown Paso Robles. The spacious guest house features: full kitchen, private overlook patio, Queen-size bed, large step-down Baja shower, bar area, great cell reception, DISH TV, WiFi, and views for miles. This home provides the perfect getaway with remote location and easy jaunt to town. Visit the onsite tasting room beginning March 1. The barrel room, just up the driveway from the home, will offer on-site, indoor tastings Friday, Saturday and by appointment. Petanque court, cornhole game, outdoor tasting areas with views! Complimentary tasting for our guests! ***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival.***

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - No parties or events without prior approval from Management.
- - Strict Occupancy Limits - If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250.
- - No smoking permitted on the property.
- - No pets unless specified - Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee. For pet-friendly homes, the cost is $25 per day per pet.
- - Minimum age to book is 25 - You must sign a rental agreement for this booking to be valid
