We want you to feel like you’re home right here in our rentals in Paso Robles! We are right in the heart of Paso Robles on the desirable “West Side”. Our cottage is completely rebuilt with all the modern & convenient amenities. Paso Robles’ has many things to do and we’re just blocks away from everything downtown has to offer. There are a wide variety of restaurants, wine tasting rooms, concerts & festivals in the park. The Park cinema screens current films; there are monthly events at the Mid State Fair & the Paso Robles Events Center. Many fine wine tasting rooms surround Paso Robles and are a beautiful leisurely short drive away. Just half an hour away by car you’ll find Lake Nacimiento & Lake San Antonio. The beautiful coastal towns of Morro Bay, Avila, Cayucos & Cambria ~ the gateway to Big Sur are just over half an hour away. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
