Our 6,400 square foot residence features 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and is located 13 miles (20 minutes) from downtown Durango and 17 miles from Purgatory. This home is in one of the nicest residential settings in the Durango area. It is situated on 13 acres offering privacy and seclusion - yet just 20 minutes from downtown Durango. Enjoy an alpine setting with room to roam and exceptional views, while being close to all of the incredible amenities and recreational experiences that Durango has to offer.
Our home features an amazing outdoor living space including a wrap-around deck to enjoy the unmatched views and a gas fire pit, outdoor dining table and a gas grill. The generously equipped gourmet kitchen features duel ovens and stainless steel appliances.
The house sleeps 18 and is perfect for multiple families as it features two living spaces and of course tons of space and each bedroom has an attached bathroom and 3 of the bedrooms have TVs (Dish Network). The home also features gated entry, 2 sets of washer/dryers, central AC and a commercial ice maker.
Note that WIFI at the house is through HughesNet with a speed of around 5MBS. While it’s fine for checking email etc,. streaming content is a challenge. The home does have Cable TV and good cell service to make/receive phone calls and to use a hot spot on your phone.

Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
