Our 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath newly furnished luxury townhome is located a mere 3 minute from the heart of downtown Ouray. This multi-level residence, which features high-end decor and finishes, is ideally located central to many of Ouray’s most sought after amenities. It’s an easy drive into town, or your can walk across the highway and stroll along the Riverwalk Trail to Ouray’s famous Hot Springs Pool and Fellin park. This home features granite countertops, cherry hardwood floors, a beautiful stone fireplace in the primary living space, an outdoor deck and central air-conditioning.

The entry-level of the townhome has access to the one-car garage a bedroom and full bath. A set of stairs takes you up to the main living area where you will find the living room with gas fireplace and access to the deck, as well as dining area kitchen and half bath. Up another level is the third floor with laundry room, guest bedroom with bathroom and the master bedroom, private, oversized soaking tub and walk-in shower with ample closet space.
This unit is located on the west end of the complex which houses four townhomes. There is a single car garage and room for one small vehicle that can be parked in front of the garage. A large TV in the living room and master bedroom offer Roku and YouTube TV. High-speed internet which is perfect for work remotely.
We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regime, they are following best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics.
