Occupying the entire third floor, the primary suite offers a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private balcony overlooking the golf course. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds, while the third bedroom holds two twin-over-queen bunk beds. THE LOCATION Located between two top ski resorts, this rental makes it easy to embark on new alpine adventures every day. Travel 4 miles to Beaver Creek or 9 miles to Vail. Golfers will appreciate being just 1 mile from the first tee of the EagleVail Golf Club. On sunny days, enjoy a rewarding hike on the EagleVail Trail (0.6 miles) then lounge on the sand at Harry A. Nottingham Park (3 miles). No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
