Canyon Shores is located in Cathedral City, immediately adjacent to the Cathedral Canyon Country Club and Lawrence Welk’s Oasis Resort. Experience spectacular views of the Coachella Valley from over 8,000 feet up the mountain via the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and enjoy restaurants, observation decks, and hiking trails, only 13 miles away. Swing your club at one of the many pristine golf courses in the area, or take the kids to the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens to observe and learn about a variety of desert plants and animals.

Per CCMC 5.96, No outdoor music is allowed at any time, including any amplified music. The quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, and during those hours the use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10 pm to 8 am. Any and all music played inside cannot be heard from outside of the property as well. Occupants shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.
The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week
