El Paseo - the renowned stretch of downtown Palm Desert that’s famous for its boutiques, restaurants, and art galleries - is just over a mile north, while the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens awaits two miles east. If you’re a golfer, you’ll have countless courses to choose from in the area, including several that are open to the public.

This home must be booked 2 weeks in advance. A DocuSign and registration fees are to be paid 2 weeks before arrival. The registration fee is $100.
The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week.
Amenity fees paid at the time of booking cover access for two (2) guests. Additional guest access is subject to additional fees. Please contact Property Manager for details
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
This home only allows minimum night stays of 29 nights or longer. This is enforced by the County and we cannot make any exceptions.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
