Sitting in an aspen and conifer grove, this home offers natural privacy and beautiful views of the Five Fingers area. When you aren’t making the most of fresh powder on the slopes or meandering the charming streets of Aspen, relax with a good book as the wood-burning fireplace flickers nearby. When mealtime comes around, the well-equipped kitchen makes preparing any recipe a walk in the park with granite countertops and brand-new appliances. With the heated stone floors, fine furnishings, and exquisite artwork throughout, there’s no need to sacrifice any comforts of home here.
Located on the upper level, the open-plan primary bedroom has a king-size bed, its own bathroom, a window seat facing the garden, and cathedral ceilings. The lower level has two bedrooms with queen beds, a full bath, and an additional family room with a queen-size sleeper sofa to accommodate larger groups. This level also offers large windows and access to the serene garden.
This remarkable property is located on the backside of Aspen mountain, offering direct access to the Sun Deck three miles further down Little Annie Road. You’ll also find trailheads leading to Cathedral and American Lakes nearby on Castle Creek Road.
At just nine miles from the Aspen Core, you can easily experience the best attractions of the surrounding area. Three world-class mountain resorts are within 10 miles, so the skiers of the group will be in heaven choosing between Highlands Ski Area, Buttermilk Ski Area, and Snowmass Ski Area! If downhill skiing isn’t everyone’s activity of choice, Ashcroft Ski Touring offers amazing cross country trails just five miles from home base. Come summer, head into the historical Ashcroft Ghost Town and hike along gorgeous trails. This area is also known for biking, rock climbing, horseback riding, and whitewater rafting!
