This home backs right up to the McCall Golf Club, a beautiful course surrounded by forests that offer many challenging holes, and you can tee off just a mile from this home. Just a little further up the road, access Payette Lake, where boating, fishing, and swimming await you. But if you prefer to stay on dry land, the scenic hiking trails of Ponderosa State Park are only a couple of miles away. Inside, the sunlit living area features floor-to-ceiling windows, a warming gas fireplace, comfortable furnishings, and a TV, making it the ideal place for everyone to gather after days out exploring, playing on the lakes, or skiing at Brundage Mountain. Prepare home-cooked meals for the entire crew in the well-equipped, complete with a breakfast bar, and then dine together at the nearby table. This home also includes a game room with a pool table, wet bar, and an additional seating area. Or step outside onto your furnished deck and enjoy the expansive golf course view while you fire up the gas grill for summertime cookouts. THINGS TO KNOW The porch hammock and swings are not accessible. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
