EagleRidge Townhomes 1521 is a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom townhouse that features multiple floors, vaulted ceilings, and hardwood flooring, all within an easy walk of the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. The house offers a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for early morning snacks before the day’s activities, as well as a dining area with a table that’s perfect for a nice dinner in. The living area features comfortable furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, a large flatscreen TV, and access to a private deck where you can take in the fresh mountain air. Altogether, the home is equipped with five flatscreen TVs, a DVD player, free WiFi, as well as a washer/dryer and a one-car garage for your convenience. On the grounds of the EagleRidge community, you’ll have access to a heated pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a winter ski shuttle.

In the winter, you’ll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Iron Waffle and Coffee Co., the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Steamboat BrauHaus. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. You’ll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.
