Located in Trappeur’s Crossing Resort, this platinum-rated, air-conditioned condo is located just two blocks from the ski area and a short walk from some of the fantastic mountain restaurants and activities. During ski season, a rotating shuttle takes guests to the base on a rotating 10-minute-or-less schedule (or by request) to and from stores, restaurants, and shops on the mountain or in town. The resort has amenities that are available to all guests of Emerald Lodge.
The open floor plan features a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, stainless appliances, a gas stovetop, and bar supplies. The living/dining area has a gas log fireplace, and off of the living room, you’ll find a deck with a large gas grill, a table, and seating for six.
Perfect for couples or families, this condo will sleep up to eight guests. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a jetted tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The den may be used as an additional bedroom, a TV room, a playroom, or a study. Its queen Palliser sofa bed is very comfortable, and the wardrobe’s pullout surface is perfect for a laptop. All rooms have cable TV. In addition to the free WiFi, the suite also includes an HP printer/scanner.
For guests’ convenience, there is a private washer and dryer. The condo’s supplies include hairdryers, shampoo and conditioner, bath soap, and laundry detergent. One parking space is assigned in the garage and comes with two dedicated bike racks. Additional community bike racks are available in the garage for guest use.
The condo does not rent to youth sports lodging programs or to Music Fest attendees.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
