Indulge yourself in a truly special vacation to Frankfort in this rustic sanctuary on the emerald blue waters of Lake Michigan. The expansive wraparound deck is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or entertain guests in the evening while watching the sunset. The wood finishings make this home feel like a cabin in the woods, yet the modern amenities and close proximity to town give you all of the comforts of home. Make anything from a midnight snack to a complex dinner in the fully equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar. The main level of the home offers two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two twins. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs both rooms have a queen bed. The wood-burning fireplace is perfect for cooler nights, so cozy up and crack open your favorite novel at night to wind down.

Though you won’t want to leave this paradise, head down to the water and take a dip or lounge on the sand for a day of tanning. The Point Betsie Lighthouse is also nearby offering museum exhibits and a unique view of the lake. For a quick hike in the summer or a cross country ski trail in the winter, head over to Old Indian Trail and make your way to the dunes. For a day of skiing, Crystal Mountain is a great place for all experience levels and is only a 30-minute drive east.
