The private covered balcony is a great spot for enjoying your morning coffee as you watch the Island come to life! Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a bright and cozy sunroom. Of course, guests should take time to take a dip in the shared rooftop pool. What’s nearby: It is just under a half mile to Tybee Beach Pier, and that’s just the beginning! Tybee Island Marine Science Center (also a half mile away) provides guided walks and the chance to learn about the fun animals of the region. Lots of great restaurants are within two miles of this condo, such as Wet Willie’s and The Deck. Rent surfboards or pick up any beach necessities you need at Waves Surf Shop, just one block away. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
