Guests can unwind in front of the gas fireplace or inside the private hot tub. In the meantime, you’re always just a few steps from the beach. What’s nearby: There is private beach access three blocks from this home, at the NW end of Pine Beach Loop. Look for the trail sign directing you to the long stretches of sand to explore in either direction, along with a view of the famousTwin Rocks. There are numerous dining options close by, along with plenty of shops to explore downtown. Guests can also catch a ride on the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad for a quick trip down to the fishing village of Garibaldi three-and-a-half miles to the south. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
