Put on your best sneakers and explore Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach for an unforgettable experience; all of them are located one mile, one and a half miles, and two and a half miles respectively. Highway 30A offers its own local flair, so make sure you explore the entire 24 miles of culture and delicious cuisine! Things to Know Outlet covers are available to protect younger guests. Parking RVs, boats, trailers, and street parking of any vehicle is prohibited. Pool heat is available for $400 (plus tax), must request 48 hours prior to arrival. Please note: This property has a strict maximum occupancy limit of 10 guests, regardless of age. All individuals, including infants and children, must be counted toward the total occupancy. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
