This vacation rental is located just a mile from Camelback Ski Resort’s 34 ski trails, year-round Mountain Coaster, Water Park, and Mountain Adventures. Camelback is the centerpiece of Poconos skiing offering a half pipe, tubing, night skiing, and exciting and fun children’s programs. Nearby parks, including Big Pocono State Park, and great local restaurants add to a fantastic experience for the whole family. For additional adult fun, Mount Airy Casino is just 10 miles north along with lakes and golfing opportunities. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation. The shared pool is not accessible. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This is a ’Single Family Unit’. The HOA’s rules state: This rental unit shall be used and occupied and/or constructed for single-family residential purposes only and for no other purpose. ‘Single-family’ shall mean a group of one or more persons, related by blood or marriage, who maintain a common household”. No guests outside of the family will be permitted. This property is managed by Property Manager Pennsylvania LLC. This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
