This bright, waterfront home is everything you’ve been waiting for in a Lake Chelan retreat. With large windows throughout the villa, you’ll have a lake view from every room! The full kitchen is loaded with all the stainless steel appliances and amenities you’ll need to prepare an amazing homecooked meal. Step outside to the patio where you’ll find a gas grill, a large table for al fresco dining, lounge chairs, a hot tub, and 71 feet of water frontage. This home also offers a private dock for daytime boat moorage and three buoys for overnight moorage.

After a day on the lake, slow things down with a wine tasting and lunch at one of the numerous wineries in the area including Karma, Fielding Hills, Siren Song, Nefarious! The Lake Chelan State Park awaits just four miles west and is the perfect spot to launch a boat, let the kids run at the playground, or hike the Little Bear Trail. Tee off at Bear Mountain Ranch Golf Course, located just under five miles away or the Lake Chelan Municipal Golf Course, located in town. Gamble Sands and Desert Canyon are also great options for a round of 18. Head into the charming town of Chelan, just six miles away, for shopping, great dining options, paddleboard or boat rentals, and family fun at Slidewaters.
