A fully-equipped kitchen offers you the opportunity to cook up some amazing meals, while the private gas BBQ on the porch expands your cooking options even further. This home has five queen beds, one of which has its own bathroom. The other four queens are divided into two separate bunk bedrooms which share a full bathroom between them. This bunk configuration makes this home ideal for groups of couples, ski groups, or large families! You won’t spend a dull day here thanks to the shared, on-site amenities available including a pool table, an outdoor swimming pool, a convenient hot tub, basketball and tennis courts, and even a sauna! What’s nearby: Tahoe Donner is the perfect place for year-round vacation fun. Enjoy skiing and snowboarding at world-class local mountains like Northstar (12.6 miles), Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows (13 miles), and Sugar Bowl (10 miles). During the summer, head out on the water at nearby Donner Lake (three miles away), or make a day of it and drive 20 miles south to legendary Lake Tahoe. Downtown Truckee is only three and a half miles away from where there are shops, galleries, and restaurants for every taste. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
