Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
This beautiful, two-story condo will inspire your days in Tahoe with its breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe and surrounding mountains. Enjoy your time in the mountains by either cooking in the well-equipped kitchen or eating out at one of the many restaurants in the Stateline area, where you’ll also find casinos and many shops. The deck right at the entrance of the home is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the South Lake Tahoe sunshine. Cozy up in the living room with the gas fireplace and play one of many board games that are offered or watch a movie on the large screen TV. In the evening look at the stars with the telescope. The condo is on the third floor and access is via an outside stairwell. It is also at 7400 feet above sea level and it may be challenging for those with heart/lung-related health issues.
Any Lake Tahoe vacation is an unforgettable experience with guests being surrounded by blue waters and snowy white mountains. Sunny summer days bring activities ranging from boating to water skiing to scenic hikes and mountain biking rides. Winter also brings excitement with Heavenly Resort being within one mile at either Stagecoach or Boulder Lodge. Featuring 97 runs and 30 lifts, this mountain is sure to have something for every skill level.

Please note that starting Monday, July 21, 2025, the Tahoe Village office, pool, and spa will be temporarily closed for renovations as we begin construction on a brand-new clubhouse. Demolition work will begin immediately, and the new facilities are expected to be completed by December 31st, weather permitting. We appreciate your understanding as the community improves its amenities for an even better guest experience in the future."
