WHAT’S NEARBY Just outside your door and behind the complex are the Conquest, Milestone, and Quick Draw Express Ski Lifts that will take you to the summit of the mountain for some unbeatable terrain, both for skiers and mountain bikers depending on what season you intend to visit. The base is also home to restaurants so that you can easily restore your energy and get back on the mountain. For a more leisurely activity, drive just two miles north to Granby Ranch Golf Course to golf the greens or head to downtown Granby, just four and a half miles away, for shops and last-minute necessities. THINGS TO KNOW * Building, maintaining, attending, or using an open fire (including grills), either in a campground or at a private residence is not allowed. No outdoor fires unless it is gas and can be turned off. ** As of May 1st, all renters must purchase a $10-day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall to use the facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full-benefit member’s home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home will work as proof. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
