What’s nearby: You’ll be less than seven miles east of the Greenbrier entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, allowing you to easily spend your days fishing, hiking, and exploring the park’s waterfalls, wildlife, and scenic views on foot, by bike, on horseback, or by car. In less than 20 minutes, you can reach the Parkway in downtown Gatlinburg (12 miles west); if you drive up to Pigeon Forge, you’ll find the Titanic Museum and plentiful shops, restaurants, and dinner theaters. Even Dollywood is only 19 miles west....

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
