The Tides is a spacious one-story home designed for indoor and outdoor enjoyment that will make your stay unforgettable and unbeatable. The living room area offers a tasteful interior decor and comfortable furnishings strategically located near the fireplace and flatscreen TV for your convenience. Sit down, unwind, and read one of the many books available or just turn on the retro CD jukebox and play some good ol’ tunes. The large deck provides plenty of seating for the entire group plus a private gas grill to treat everyone to a tasty BBQ while overlooking the breathtaking beach and nature views. The low-bank beach tide flats are perfect for swimming and floating to make some wonderful memories for years to come!

Only a few miles down the road you’ll find all the conveniences of a thriving community at Gig Harbor. Stores, restaurants, movie theater, and shopping are some of the things you’ll find at that lovely maritime city. The Kopachuck State Park (under two miles away) features two miles of shaded hiking trails, sun-warmed beaches, more than 50 picnic tables, and plenty of outdoor activities that include swimming, paddleboarding, boating, shellfish harvesting, and saltwater fishing.
This home shares a property with a smaller guesthouse that can be rented separately or along with it. The deck, built-in firepit, and yard surrounding this home are for your private use. The guesthouse has its own small patio, yard and firepit. Beach access is shared. It is an ’entire home’ in the sense that you have full use of this unit and do not share a bathroom or kitchen with the other guests. A kayak and two life vests are provided for this home, or for guests who rent both units. Please exercise caution when using it.
