Seaside Classic Cottage Seaside Classic Cottage is a beautifully renovated, turn-of-the-century home that offers the perfect Seaside location from which to explore the Northern Oregon Coast. This home is ideally located just one block from the South Promenade that runs along the ocean beach. You’ll be only three blocks from the shops, restaurants, galleries, and arcades downtown, and two miles from the Tillamook Head National Recreation Trail - a great option for an afternoon hike. The town of Seaside also hosts a number of beloved events each year, including the Seaside Beach Volleyball Tournament, a sandcastle contest, and a kite festival. The front room features a cozy brick fireplace where you can sit back and enjoy your favorite book; the updated, modern kitchen opens up to a well-appointed family room with an entertainment center and French doors that lead to a wonderfully landscaped backyard. When you return home from the beach each afternoon, store your bikes in the detached recreation room and settle in for a family Ping-Pong tournament. THINGS TO KNOW EV charging is available in the driveway (NEMA 1450 30amp outlet in the rec room). Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
