Things to Know The community pool and spa is accessible from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. The pool is heated from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM (during the cooler days), and the spa is heated from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. At least one member of your renting group must be at least 30 years old. The fireplace is not operational. 1 dog(s), weighing 25lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
